Refund Policy

If your application is denied by the Canadian Government, a full refund will be automatically issued to all users who applied through Canada-online.net website.

After you submit your application, we will begin the submission process within the timeframe specified during your application. If you request a refund after submission, you may incur a service cancellation fee of $40 USD, and refunds will only be granted if the application has not yet been submitted to the Canadian Government. Refunds due to personal changes or travel cancellations may be denied, so please review our refund policy on the website carefully. Refunds other than those approved by the Canadian Government will be processed within 72 hours after assessment by our legal team.

All transactions are conducted in US dollars. Your refund will be issued in US dollars and processed within three business days of receiving your written refund request. Your bank or credit card company may convert the amount into your local currency. The refunded amount will match the USD amount originally charged.

To request a refund, please email us at support@canada-online.net or our contact form with the following information:

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Full name (as it appears in your passport)

  • Passport number

  • Email address used for registration

  • A copy of your application denial email from the Canadian government

For multiple requests, please include all relevant names and passport numbers. All refund requests will be reviewed within 48 hours.
